For the fastest response, open GenLoop and go to Settings, Help. Choose the issue type, describe what happened, and submit the request. Requests are stored in the founder support queue.
Include these details
- What you were trying to do.
- The model name and approximate time if a generation failed.
- The exact error message, if one appeared.
- A screenshot through TestFlight feedback when the problem is visual.
Safety issues
Use the shield menu on a post to report content or block its creator. Reports enter the founder moderation queue immediately.
Account deletion
Open Settings, Account, Delete account. Type DELETE and confirm. This permanently removes your account and associated content from the active service.
