These terms govern application to and participation in the GenLoop closed beta. By applying, creating an account, or using GenLoop, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Beta service
GenLoop is pre-release software. Features may fail, change, or be removed, and generated results may be inaccurate or unavailable. Access may be limited or ended at any time. Beta credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are provided only for testing.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access links or credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person, evade restrictions, automate abusive activity, or interfere with the service.
AI creation rules
You may only submit prompts and media you have the right to use. Do not create or share illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, targeted harassment, hateful or violent threats, fraud, deceptive impersonation, instructions that facilitate serious harm, or content that violates privacy or intellectual property rights.
Generated content
AI outputs can resemble existing people, brands, or works and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before posting or sharing them. Rights to generated content may depend on applicable law and the terms of the model provider used for a generation.
Social content license
You retain the rights you have in content you submit. When you post content to the feed, you give GenLoop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely to operate, moderate, promote, and evaluate GenLoop. This license ends when the content or account is deleted, except for reasonable backup, legal, or safety retention.
Moderation
GenLoop may filter, limit, remove, or preserve content for safety review and may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Testers can report content and block users. Moderation decisions may be made quickly during the beta and can be raised through in-app support.
Feedback
You may provide feedback voluntarily. GenLoop may use that feedback without payment or restriction to improve the product, while avoiding public attribution without permission.
Future Creator Fund
Selected beta participants are intended to receive automatic early access when a future GenLoop Creator Fund opens. This is not a promise of payment or eligibility for earnings. Launch timing, eligible locations, identity and tax requirements, qualifying content, moderation standards, payout rules, and program availability will be provided separately and may change before launch.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The beta is provided as available without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, GenLoop is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from beta use, model outputs, service interruptions, or content posted by testers.
Ending participation
You can delete your account at any time under Settings, Account. GenLoop may end beta access when needed for safety, security, service operation, or a violation of these terms.
